Okay, so now you’ve learned the first part of the Uni-Heart Breathing Exercise, the Three Precious Pills of Stillness, Silence, and Spaciousness. Next, we’re going to engage in a practice called the Daily Doodle. It’s about becoming aware of your energy in a colorful, creative way. I like this part of the Uni-Heart Breathing Exercise because it helps me stay balanced in the present moment. It brings me joy. I feel like a kid with a new box of crayons when I’m drawing doodles and painting. Color is light. As your Joy Coach, playing with color has become a meditative practice. That’s why I refer to it as Part Two of the Uni-Heart Breathing Exercise.
