I feel Silence when I get really still and rest into a quiet inner space. Sitting in silence gives space for my inner awareness and wisdom to arise. That said, when I first started meditating, I’d get annoyed by all the sounds surrounding me. And then of course, there’s my ongoing internal mental chatter. It seems like my mind wants to comment on everything. That’s the Medusa part of me. No matter, just take the Pill of Silence and relax into your body. You’ll eventually discover that Stillness and Silence are inseparable. Stillness opens, silence helps me become aware of the quiet within.
